Existing retail site with small residential component, situated in Hatfield, Pretoria. The project comprised demolition of existing retail and construction of new apartment Blocks housing approximately 650 units, together with a retail component.
Architectural awareness to maintenance was facilitated by the face-brick element to the facades.
The project commenced in June 2006 with demolition and completed construction in June 2008.
Construction cost amounted to approximately R196 million.
