Term Project Management offers a Tenant Co-ordination service as a stand alone service or as an extension to a project management role.
However, due to the synergies of interface required with the parties to the project, we believe that the most cost effective approach is to appoint a single entity for both project management and tenant co-ordination. This allows for a greater amount of communication between the tenant planning and design stage, and on site construction.
